Context

Rubix Holding was developing a digital product involving multiple departments, each contributing to different aspects of the system. While technical progress was underway, leadership needed clarity on alignment, internal dependencies, and the overall product direction.

What MAJAZ Did

MAJAZ collaborated with a social designer and software design expert and worked closely with the organization’s product designers, developers, finance, marketing, and other key functions to gain an inside-out understanding of the product ecosystem. We facilitated a series of interdisciplinary working sessions and structured discussions that surfaced assumptions, constraints, and decision bottlenecks across teams. By leveraging institutional knowledge and cross-functional insights, we helped the organization step back from execution and assess the product strategically, how it was being shaped, where misalignments existed, and what needed to change to support long-term viability.

Outcome

  1. Improved cross-departmental alignment
  2. Shared understanding of the product system and decision logic
  3. Clearer strategic direction grounded in operational realities
